Description

One of the easiest classic Caesar salad recipes. Simple, to the point and very persuasive. Just be sure to prepare the dressing for the dish yourself.

Cooking

Step 1

Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, tear them into medium pieces with your hands and season with Caesar sauce.

Step 2

Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate, and once again lightly season them with sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

Step 3

Put shrimp fried with olive oil on top, season with lemon juice. Decorate with croutons.

iceberg lettuce - 50 g
Caesar sauce - 15 ml
grated parmesan cheese - 20 g
shrimp - 100 g
extra virgin olive oil - 15 ml
lemon fresh - 5 ml
dried white bread - 60 g
