Tear puffs or croissants into small pieces and put in a greased 1 tbsp. l. oil rectangular baking dish. Pour raisins with rum, leave for 20-30 minutes. Peaches and figs cut into slices and, carefully turning over, quickly fry over high heat in the remaining oil, 10 seconds each. from each side. Arrange figs, peaches and raisins in a loaf pan. In a bowl, beat eggs, egg whites and sugar until fluffy. Add honey, milk and spices. Pour this mixture into a mold. Put the mold on a baking sheet with water and bake at 190ºС for 30-40 minutes.
