How to cook Beef in Coke

Step 1

Cut the beef into large cubes. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf and finely chopped cilantro to the meat. Pour coca-cola over meat. Cover the kebab with a lid and leave for 6 hours.

Step 2

Grill the kebab on the grill, grill or skewers. Serve with fresh herbs and vegetables.
