Baked chicken with golden crust
Baked chicken according to our recipe is one of the options for a festive hot dish. The bird turns out juicy and soft with a crispy golden crust - thanks to a mixture of butter, rosemary and spices.
How to cook Baked chicken with golden crust
Step 1
Mix the oil with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Rub the chicken carcass with the aromatic oil. Place inside the chicken wedges of two lemons, 2-3 quarters of onion and 2 sprigs of rosemary.
Step 2
Tie the chicken legs together with kitchen twine. Place the chicken in a parchment-lined dish, arrange half of 1 lemon, quarters of onion, cloves of garlic and 2 sprigs of rosemary around it. Pour in the wine. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes at 220°C. Turn the chicken over, pour over the resulting juices and put it in the oven for another 20 minutes. Bake until done.
