How to cook Avocado salad with cheese

Step 1

Wash the peppers and pears, cut in half, remove the core. Cut peppers into half rings, pear into strips. Cut the cheese in the same strip.

Step 2

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Carefully remove the pulp from the peel and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix avocado, peppers, pear and cheese in a salad bowl.

Step 3
