White garlic soup with melon and jamon
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- garlic - 1 clove
- olive oil - 4 tbsp.
- vinegar, salt
- 200 g melon
- 240 g almonds
- white bread crumbs

Step 1
Chop the almonds. Chop a clove of garlic. Mix almonds, garlic and olive oil in a blender. Add salt and vinegar to taste. Add bread crumbs (their amount depends on how thick the soup you prefer). Mix everything again in a blender. Garnish the finished cold soup with melon balls and slices of jamon. The final taste of the dish is a mixture of sweet and salty.
