Watermelon gazpacho
Ingredients
Servings 1- watermelon - 500 g
- tabasco - 3 drops
- balsamic vinegar - 15 g
- peppercorns - 1.5 g
- basil - 4 g
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- celery (stalk) - 40 g
- lettuce corn - 6 g
- watercress - 4 g
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
For dressing: watermelon, tabasco, balsamic vinegar, peppercorns, basil. We mix all the ingredients, punch in a blender until smooth and filter, then set to cool.
Step 2
For the base: tomatoes, celery, corn lettuce, watercress. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, mix with finely chopped celery, put all the ingredients on a plate and pour over the dressing.
