Watermelon gazpacho

Ingredients

  • watermelon - 500 g
  • tabasco - 3 drops
  • balsamic vinegar - 15 g
  • peppercorns - 1.5 g
  • basil - 4 g
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • celery (stalk) - 40 g
  • lettuce corn - 6 g
  • watercress - 4 g
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

For dressing: watermelon, tabasco, balsamic vinegar, peppercorns, basil. We mix all the ingredients, punch in a blender until smooth and filter, then set to cool.

Step 2

For the base: tomatoes, celery, corn lettuce, watercress. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, mix with finely chopped celery, put all the ingredients on a plate and pour over the dressing.
