Udon noodles with pork
Quite a spicy dish cooked in a wok pan with pork, vegetables and udon noodles in coconut milk.
Ingredients
Servings 4- udon noodles - 300 g
- pork fillet - 300 g
- peas (can be s / m) - 100 g
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- green onion
- red curry paste - 2 tbsp. l.
- coconut milk - 200 ml
- palm sugar - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Boil the noodles according to the instructions. Cut pork and pepper into strips. Cut the onion diagonally.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok, fry the pork. Add peppers and peas, cook 1 minute. Add curry paste and mix thoroughly. Pour in coconut milk, add salt, sugar.
Step 3
Add noodles, stir and heat through. Sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy your meal!
