Udon noodles with pork

Quite a spicy dish cooked in a wok pan with pork, vegetables and udon noodles in coconut milk.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • udon noodles - 300 g
  • pork fillet - 300 g
  • peas (can be s / m) - 100 g
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • green onion
  • red curry paste - 2 tbsp. l.
  • coconut milk - 200 ml
  • palm sugar - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

Boil the noodles according to the instructions. Cut pork and pepper into strips. Cut the onion diagonally.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a wok, fry the pork. Add peppers and peas, cook 1 minute. Add curry paste and mix thoroughly. Pour in coconut milk, add salt, sugar.

Step 3

Add noodles, stir and heat through. Sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy your meal!
