Toasts with sprats
Croutons or sandwiches with sprats have already become a classic dish of Russian cuisine. They can often be seen on the festive table in any family.
Ingredients
Servings 4- Rye bread - 200 g
- Sprats - 80 g
- Mayonnaise - 40 g
- Garlic - 10 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 34 g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the bread into slices 8-10 mm thick.
Step 2
Cut the pickled cucumbers into thin slices 1-2 mm thick.
Step 3
Grate the garlic on a fine grater or squeeze it through a press.
Step 4
Mix mayonnaise and garlic.
Step 5
Fry the bread in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
Step 6
Spread the garlic sauce on the croutons and top with cucumber slices.
Step 7
Place the sprats on top of the cucumbers.
Step 8
Garnish the sprat toasts with dill sprigs. Done. Enjoy.
