Strawberry banana pie
Ingredients
- bananas 2 pcs.
- butter 200 g
- sugar 200 g
- eggs 4 pcs.
- flour 200 g
- baking powder 1/2 tbsp. l.
- mascarpone cheese 200 g
- lemon juice 4 tbsp. l.
- strawberries 1 kg
- vanilla sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- jelly for cake 2 pcs.
- fenduk 100 g
Cooking
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. prepare baking paper by greasing it with butter.
Step 2
1 banana peeled and mashed with sugar, butter, lemon juice and eggs in a bowl. Mix in flour, chopped hazelnuts and baking powder. Spread the resulting dough on the form and bake for 15 minutes. Then take the cake out and let it cool down a bit.
Step 3
Wash, peel and cut banana and strawberries. Add lemon juice to them so that they absorb it.
Step 4
For cream: Mix mascarpone with vanilla sugar and lemon juice using a mixer.
Step 5
Spread the cream over the pie. Top with sliced strawberries and bananas. Mix cake jelly with sugar and water. Pour the resulting mixture over the top of the cake.
Step 6
Let the mixture dry.
