Pesto, Mozzarella, Sandwich

Sandwich with pesto sauce

Ingredients

Servings 1
  • wheat bread - 2 square slices
  • canned tuna - 1 can
  • sour cream (mayonnaise) - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 ball - 125 g
  • pesto sauce - 2 tsp
  • butter
  • carrot, cucumber, green onion for garnish

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the bread into slices, brush thinly with butter and bake in the oven or on the grill until golden brown.

Step 2

Mash tuna with a fork, add sour cream, a few drops of lemon juice and mix.

Step 3

Cut mozzarella cheese into rounds.

Step 4

Spread tuna and cheese on bread. Put the pesto sauce on the cheese. Top with toast.

Step 5

Decorate with chopped vegetables.
