Salad with fried chanterelles dressed with gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients

  • arugula 30 g
  • cherry tomatoes 15 g
  • Gorgonzola 10 g
  • cream 10 ml
  • rosemary 1 sprig
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • chanterelles 20 g
  • nutmeg to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • balsamic vinegar to taste
  • olive oil to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Fry the chanterelles in a pan in olive oil with garlic and rosemary.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce. To do this, melt the gorgonzola in a water bath, add cream, nutmeg, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix ingredients.

Step 3

Put the arugula, tomatoes and chanterelles on a plate, season with sauce on top.
