Salad of radishes and cucumbers with egg
Ingredients
Servings 4- 1 large bunch of radishes
- 3-4 small cucumbers
- 1 small bunch of green onions
- 2 eggs
- 4 Art. l. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil (preferably fragrant)
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Finely chop the green onion, salt, mix, mix with curdled milk and sunflower oil.
Step 2
Hard boil the eggs, 9 minutes, cool under running cold water and peel. Cut the eggs into fairly large pieces.
Step 3
Remove stems and greens from radishes. Cut the radish into thin slices. Cut cucumbers in the same circles.
Step 4
Salt cucumbers and radishes, mix with green onion dressing with yogurt and butter, pepper, arrange on plates. Sprinkle with chopped eggs, a little more salt and pepper and serve.
