Pie with cherries and blueberries
A very quick and easy pie that is convenient to make with seasonal berries.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 st. Sahara
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 125 g of natural yogurt (you can kefir, yogurt)
- 100 g butter at room temperature
- 1 tsp baking powder
- large handful of blueberries
- large handful of cherries
Cooking
Step 1
Beat the eggs with a mixer, add sugar, continuing to beat until a good foam.
Step 2
Gradually add the rest of the ingredients for the dough, continuing to beat the mass with a mixer.
Step 3
Pour half of the dough into a greased baking dish, put half of the berries on top, then pour them with the remaining dough and decorate the top with berries.
Step 4
Place the pie in a preheated oven at 180C and bake until done, about 35-40 minutes. If necessary, cover the top of the pie with foil.
