Parma ham with cantaloupe melon and stracciatella cheese
Ingredients
- parma ham - 40 g
- cantaloupe melon - 30 g
- Strachatella cheese - 20 g
- honey - to taste
- olive oil - to taste
- lemon juice - to taste
- strawberries - 1 pc.
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the Parma ham into thin slices. Cut melon.
Step 2
Season the melon with a sauce of honey, olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 3
Make a small tartare out of strawberries. Arrange the melon, Parma ham, cheese on a plate and garnish with the strawberry tartare.
