Open sandwich with bacon and caramelized pear
Sandwich, perfect for spirits! Crispy bread, garlic butter, fried bacon and caramelized pear, which perfectly sets off the rest of the ingredients with its sweet taste and softens the sharpness of the garlic!
Ingredients
Servings 4- bran loaf - 4 slices
- soft cream cheese - 4 tbsp. l.
- raw smoked bacon - 4 slices
- pear - 0.5 pcs.
- sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- garlic - 1 clove
- leeks - to taste
- dill - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Dissolve sugar in 2 tbsp. l. water, bring to a boil. Cut pear into slices. Boil the pear in syrup until the sugar caramelizes, remove the pear, cool.
Step 2
Cut the banana into slices.
Step 3
Roast in a toaster.
Step 4
Punch the cheese with a blender with garlic and dill. Cool the mass in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Fry the bacon well, cool on paper napkins.
Step 6
Spread the toast with butter-garlic paste.
Step 7
Put the pear, bacon on top, add the leek.
