Mushroom soup with pasta

Ingredients

  • dried mushrooms - 50 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • spaghetti - 70 g
  • vegetable broth - 3 l
  • bay leaf -2 pcs.
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • vegetable oil - 40 g

Cooking

Step 1

Soak mushrooms in cold water for 2-3 hours. Then rinse them well, dip them in boiling vegetable broth, cook for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Make a roast - onions and carrots.

Step 3

Take out the mushrooms with a slotted spoon, chop them and add to the frying, pepper, salt.

Step 4

Boil the spaghetti in the broth for 7 minutes, breaking them into 3 parts. Add frying, bay leaf, salt to taste, sprinkle with dill.
