Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 80 g
  • oatmeal - 30 g
  • wheat flour - 150 g (up to 170 g)
  • hot water - 200 g
  • olive oil - 30 g
  • salt - 1/2 h. l.
  • soda 1 tsp + 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • sweet apple - 2 pcs. (large)
  • cinnamon - 1 tbsp. l.
  • dry ginger - 1 tsp

Cooking

Step 1

We mix 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 ingredients, leave the dough for 40-60 minutes (do not put in the refrigerator).

Step 2

We prepare the filling, mix 8 + 9 + 10, peel the apples from the apples and cut them, leave for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Roll out the dough, put on parchment or foil. We spread the filling in the center, distribute it over the cake and bend the edges by 2 cm.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes at 180, 10 minutes at 150 degrees, turn off and leave the tart in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
