Hamburgers with sweet peppers and pineapple
The sweet pepper and pineapple burgers have a special tropical vibe to them. If desired, it can be strengthened by adding a little chili pepper. To do this, finely chop it (with or without seeds) and mix with minced meat. And, of course, for such burgers you need a decent accompaniment, for example, bright cocktails and freshly squeezed juices.
Ingredients
Servings 6- 800 g minced pork
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying
- 1 bulb
- 2 bananas
- 0.5 tsp curry powder
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50-70 ml pineapple juice
- 6 slices pineapple
- 6 buns
- 6-10 leaves of lettuce or iceberg lettuce, you can Chinese cabbage
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Put the mince in a bowl, pepper. Peel the sweet peppers, finely chop. Add to the bowl with minced meat, mix and shape into 6 patties. Place in refrigerator until use.
Step 2
Heat up in a saucepan 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, fry chopped onion, 5 minutes. Add peeled and diced bananas, season with curry. Pour in cream and pineapple juice. Cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. The cream should become thicker.
Step 3
Fry cutlets and slices of pineapple with vegetable oil, preferably in a grill pan. Cutlets, salted on both sides, until fully cooked, 3-4 minutes each. from each side. Fry the pineapple rings on a stronger fire - 1-2 minutes each. from each side. Cut the buns in half and reheat a little in a dry frying pan on the inside, about 1 minute.
Step 4
Put a green salad, cutlet, pineapple circle on the bottom of the first bun, pour over the sauce and cover with the top of the bun. So collect the rest of the hamburgers. Serve immediately with the remaining sauce.
