Carpaccio of tomatoes with mint mix and ricotta
Ingredients
Servings 1- tomatoes - 125 g
- ricotta cheese - 20 g
- pine nuts - 2 g
- peppermint - 2 g
- mix salad - 10 g
- powdered sugar - 2 g
- olive oil - 3 g
- black pepper - 1g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into thin circles, put on a plate in an even layer, sprinkle with powdered sugar, lightly burn with a burner, put ricotta cheese on top of the tomatoes in slices.
Step 2
Sprinkle the carpaccio with nuts, mint, top with mixed salad, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
