Banana pancakes
Ingredients
Servings 12 pieces- bananas - 2 large
- salt - a pinch
- milk - 300 ml
- vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- 175 g flour
- egg - 4 pcs
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- 200 ml heavy cream
- medium sized banana
Cooking
Step 1
Place the sifted flour, salt, eggs and milk in a blender, beat. Peel bananas, cut into pieces of arbitrary size and add to the dough. Beat again until smooth. Pour the dough into a bowl and leave for 1 hour. Heat the pan, grease it with vegetable oil. Pour a small amount of dough, spread it in a circular motion over the entire surface of the pan. After 1.5-2 minutes. turn the pancake over to the other side. Bake another 40 sec. Bake the rest of the pancakes in the same way. Prepare the sauce. Peel bananas, finely chop. Whip cream with sugar, add banana pieces and mix. Serve with hot pancakes.
