Baked chicken breasts with prunes and nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 6-8 pcs. prunes
  • 2 Art. l. grated hard cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. cognac
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped walnuts (I used pine nuts and almonds)
  • salt pepper
  • 100 ml cream or non-acidic sour cream
  • grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped nuts
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tooth garlic

Cooking

Step 1

Prunes cut into pieces, pour cognac and heat in the microwave. Mix with nuts, cheese, garlic.

Step 2

Beat the chicken fillet, lay out the filling, salt and pepper. Roll up and wrap in foil (sausage). Refrigerate for a few hours (if you don't intend to cook right away). Or send it to the micro for 1 minute (they will "grab" and there will be no need to tie them with threads or chip them off with skewers). Grease the form with oil, remove the rolls from the film and place in the form. Pour cream, sprinkle with cheese, nuts and pour over (preferably peanut) butter.

Step 3

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200-210 ° C. When serving, cut into pieces and pour over the thickened sauce.
