Autumn sandwich

This sandwich can serve as a full breakfast and lunch.

Ingredients

  • Bread with bran - 2 slices
  • Cucumber - two slices
  • Cherry tomato - 2 pcs.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 20 g.
  • Frisse and Romano salad
  • Champignons - 2 pcs.
  • Cheese

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry in a pan on both sides for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2

In the meantime, beat the egg with flour, add salt to taste and pour into the pan to the mushrooms. We fry the omelet until ready. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 3

We cut the cucumber and tomatoes into thin slices.

Step 4
