Autumn sandwich
This sandwich can serve as a full breakfast and lunch.
Ingredients
Servings 1- Bread with bran - 2 slices
- Cucumber - two slices
- Cherry tomato - 2 pcs.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Flour - 20 g.
- Frisse and Romano salad
- Champignons - 2 pcs.

Cooking
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry in a pan on both sides for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, beat the egg with flour, add salt to taste and pour into the pan to the mushrooms. We fry the omelet until ready. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 3
We cut the cucumber and tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 4
Cut the omelet into the shape of a slice of bread and put on it. Put a layer of cucumbers and tomatoes on top. Add salad and cover with second slice of bread. The sandwich is ready, bon appetit!
