Apples under the snow
Ingredients
Servings 4- apples - 4 pcs.
- fresh-frozen cherries - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 2/3 tbsp.
- vanillin - 1.5 g
- powdered sugar - for sprinkling
Cooking
Step 1
Wash the apples, dry them, cut them (to make "caps", save them). Cut the core of the apples, keeping the walls.
Step 2
Mix cherries with sugar and vanilla, fill them with apples. Close with "hats" (lids).
Step 3
Place in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
