Venison with baked pumpkin, apple cream and cloudberry sauce

How to cook Venison with baked pumpkin, apple cream and cloudberry sauce
Step 1
Grill venison steak. Cut the pumpkin into slices and fry with sugar (10 g).
Step 2
For applesauce: cut an apple, sprinkle with sugar (15 g), put a cinnamon stick and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Take out, punch in a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 3
For sauce: Mix sauce, wine and jam. Heat up while stirring. Remove from heat and cover with starch.
Step 4
Lay out the stacks when serving. Put puree next to it. Top with sauce.
