Step 1

Make fried onions and carrots. Separately, fry the potatoes in a pan.

Put the zucchini cut into small cubes in a saucepan. Add fried potatoes, fried carrots and onions, finely chopped tomatoes and julienned bell peppers. Scald chopped cabbage with boiling water.
