How to cook Turkey skewers "Yakitoriya"
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Pour sugar into a spacious frying pan, put on moderate heat. When the sugar begins to melt, lower the heat and, stirring constantly, pour in the wine and soy sauce. When the mixture boils, add garlic, ginger, oil and peppercorns. Cool down.
Step 2
Cut the small fillet into cubes, put on wooden or thin metal skewers. Arrange on a tray in a single layer, fill with glaze. Leave at room temperature for 2 hours, turning as often as possible.
Step 3
Light the coals, set the grate, heat it up and brush with oil. Lay the skewers on the rack. Fry the meat for 5-8 minutes, dip in the glaze and fry for another 5-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
