Tomato soup with pumpkin and chard

Delicious, flavorful, rich soup!

Cooking

Step 1

Bring vegetable broth to a boil. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, add to the broth, cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Chop the chard, drain the liquid from the beans, cut the sausages into circles. Add the prepared products to the soup, cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add tomato paste, seasonings, cook for another 5 minutes.

vegetable broth 600 ml
pumpkin 300 g
Swiss chard 1 bunch
sausages 2 pcs.
tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
canned red beans 1 tbsp.
salt 1 pinch
pepper (5 peppers) 1 pinch
Provence herbs 1 pinch
