Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Put the fish in a flat bowl, pour over the marinade, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours. Lubricate a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the fish there. The marinade must be carefully removed from the surface of the fish, collected in a bowl and set aside. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 180˚C. Alternatively, this dish can be cooked on the grill. In this case, salmon is enough to fry for 3 minutes on each side. Drizzle salmon a couple of times with remaining marinade while baking.
