Sweet lemons with chicken salad

How to cook Sweet lemons with chicken salad
Step 1
Steamed chicken breast fillet, oiled, cool and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Thinly slice the celery and a small bunch of dill. Grate the eggs on a fine grater, set aside some of the grated yolks.
Step 3
Mix chicken, celery, eggs and dill, add mayonnaise.
Step 4
Cut the lemons in half and cut off the "bottoms" so the halves can stand cut side up. Carefully, without damaging the peel, remove the pulp and peel off the films. Cut the pulp into small pieces and add to the salad to taste, mix gently. Spread the salad over the lemons, garnish with grated yolk.
