Spring Fresh cocktail

Passion fruit puree, pomegranate syrup, lime juice, fresh mint and soda water are a perfectly good and harmonious set of ingredients for a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. And if you add, according to our recipe, also a syrup prepared on the basis of aloe juice, then it will immediately become an unusual drink, but no less tasty.

How to cook Spring Fresh cocktail

Step 1

For cordial, heat aloe juice and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, without boiling. Sugar should be completely dissolved. Continue warming up for another 10 minutes. Avoid foam.

Step 2

Pour passion fruit puree, lime juice, cordial and mint into a highball glass. Stir with a bar spoon.

Step 3

Add crushed ice, stir. Add pomegranate syrup and more ice to the rim of the glass.

Step 4

Add soda water, stir and serve.
