Solyanka meat from sausages
My favorite hodgepodge "in haste". It is prepared quickly and simply, from improvised products that can always be found in the refrigerator.
How to cook Solyanka meat from sausages
Step 1
We cut meat products into small cubes: smoked sausage "Italian", "Servelat", neck (sausage "Pork" will not work). Dip in a saucepan, fill with cold water. We put on fire.
Step 2
Peel 2-3 potato tubers, cut potatoes into cubes. We start in a pan with boiled meat products.
Step 3
Finely chop pickled cucumbers - 7-8 pcs. medium cucumbers, send to the pan. It is better to take "barrel".
Step 4
Fry the grated carrots in olive oil. Add finely chopped onion. Fry the onion and carrot until golden brown on the onion. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste. I like "Tomato" or "Heinz". Fry the resulting mixture in a pan for another 5 minutes. After that, send it to the pan.
Step 5
We take pitted olives - pcs. 10-15. Cut into rings, load into the pan.
Step 6
My lemon. Cut off half. Peel half of the lemon, cut into small slices and add to the pan.
Step 7
Wash greens (dill, parsley and green onions), finely chop and send to the pan in the same way. After that, let the hodgepodge “infuse” over low heat for another 20 minutes.
