How to cook Simple tomato sauce
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for making a simple tomato sauce. First of all, wash your tomatoes. Then cut each crosswise and place in a colander.

Pour the tomatoes for the sauce several times with boiling water. Then let the fruits cool down a bit. Remove the skin from the tomatoes with a sharp knife. Finely chop the tomato pulp.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic for the sauce. Wash the basil sprig, pat dry and chop. Place the prepared ingredients in a large saucepan and place over medium heat.
