Description

Meat and beer are a masculine combination, but such sausages will appeal to all family members. Sausages marinated in beer will become much softer and more tender, as the foamy drink contains enzymes that help soften the meat. Cooking

Finely chop the onion. Crush the pepper and cloves.

Mix beer, onion, pepper, cloves.

Marinate the sausages in the mixture for 20 minutes.

Grill sausages on a wire rack, turning occasionally, until browned, about 10 minutes.
