Step 1

Mix condensed milk, horseradish and mayonnaise to a sauce state.

Step 2

Pepper, avocado, lettuce, cucumber cut into small cubes, add tobiko caviar, wasabi sauce and mix.

Step 3

Put a bamboo leaf on the bottom of the plate. Lay lettuce on top of the sheet. Put the crabmeat on top of the salad. Garnish with a lime wedge and basil oil.

wasabi sauce - 25 g
Romano salad - 20 g
lime - 30 g
bamboo leaf - 1 pc.
tobiko caviar - 5 g
basil oil - 5 g
cucumber deluxe - 25 g
crab meat - 35 g
condensed milk - 27 g
wasabi horseradish - 13 g
Japanese mayonnaise - 68 g
