Potato squash fritters

Description

A great alternative to everyone's favorite pancakes! Thanks to zucchini, pancakes are more tender.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel potatoes and zucchini and grate. Salt and leave for half an hour - during this time they will give juice.

Step 2

Grind the onion in a blender to a pulp.

Step 3

Drain the resulting vegetable juice. Add chopped onion and flour to potatoes and zucchini, mix until smooth.

Step 4

Spread the pancakes on the heated side with a spoon and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Put the finished pancakes on a napkin to remove excess oil, and then serve. Enjoy your meal!

flour - 2 tbsp. l.
