How to cook Pizza with arugula
Step 1
For the dough, sift the flour together with the salt in a bowl. Pour in sugar and yeast. Dilute 50 ml of boiling water in 100 ml of cold water, pour into flour. Knead the dough. Following the indicated proportions, you will get water at the optimum temperature for kneading the dough.
Step 2
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. Roll into a ball, drizzle with olive oil. Cover with foil and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 3
For the sauce, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry onion and garlic for 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, bay leaf. Salt, pepper to taste. Stir and cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
Step 4
Knead the dough, leave for another 20 minutes. Then divide into 2 parts. Roll out each into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Grease the cakes with sauce, sprinkle with grated parmesan, put olives and lightly drizzle with oil. Bake 10-12 min.
Step 6
Use a spoon to cut olive-sized balls out of melted cheese. Cut the parmesan into very thin slices. Place melted cheese balls, parmesan and salad mix on the finished pizza.
