How to cook Pancake cake with blueberries and chocolate
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and vanilla sugar, beat until very fluffy.

Add half of the milk, stir until smooth. Sift flour into a bowl, mix so that there are no lumps.

Pour in the remaining milk and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add the frozen berries to the batter and mix gently. Heat up a frying pan, brush lightly with oil. Bake plump little pancakes over high heat. Put the finished pancakes in a bowl or pan under the lid.
Step 5
Melt chocolate with cream. Put a pancake on a cake dish, brush with chocolate mixture, cover with a second pancake. Assemble the cake. Brush top with chocolate mixture, garnish with berries and serve.
