Orange Ice Cream
Orange ice cream is great for those who don't like very sweet desserts. To prepare it, you'll need both orange zest and juice. It's best to make the juice at home so that it doesn't contain sugar, like juice from a package. Buy high-fat cream for ice cream so that the dessert turns out light and airy.
How to cook Orange Ice Cream
Step 1

In an empty bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla, zest and orange juice. Place the bowl in a container of hot water, but be careful not to let the water get inside. Heat to 72°C, stirring.
Step 2

Place the container with ice cream in a bowl with cold water and beat with a mixer until the mixture has completely cooled. Pour in the cream. Beat the mixture until fluffy. Place in a mold and freeze for several hours.
