Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare mulled wine ingredients. Wash the apple and cut into slices. Place in a saucepan. Wash the orange thoroughly with a brush, removing the wax coating on the peel. Also cut into slices and add to the apples.

Step 2

Without peeling the orange, cut into slices and add to the pan with apples. Pour in dry red wine, add honey, cinnamon sticks and allspice. Mix.

Step 3

Put the drink on low heat and, stirring, bring to a temperature of 80ºС. Don't let it boil! Pour the finished mulled wine into tall glasses and serve immediately.
