Step 1

Put the spinach in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, cook until all the liquid has evaporated.

Step 2

Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and chop coarsely.

Step 3

Mix both types of minced meat, pesto, milk and breadcrumbs, but do not knead too much. Place in a buttered oblong cake pan in layers: half the mince, spinach, eggs and the remaining mince.

Step 4

Put the form, uncovered, in the oven, preheated to 180ºС, and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest for 15 minutes. Drain excess liquid, put the roll on a dish and cut into slices.

200 g minced veal
milk - 3 tbsp. l.

100 g pesto sauce
salt
