Step 1

1. Wash the wings, dry, singe if necessary. For each wing, separate the wing itself from the shoulder. 2. Put the wings in a deep bowl, pour the chicken marinade and Santa Maria honey flavored marinade so that the wings are completely covered. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the wings in small portions for 3 minutes. from each side. If you are grilling the wings, lightly drizzle them with vegetable oil first.
