Peel onions and carrots, finely chop and sauté in vegetable oil. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Chop mushrooms. Put chicken fillet, mushrooms and mayonnaise in a frying pan with browned carrots and onions, heat for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, mix everything, season with pepper, salt to taste.
