Hearty puff pastry roll with ham

This roll is very easy to prepare because you can use ready-made puff pastry. We chose ham, tomato, pickles and cheese as the filling. The dish will be a great snack on a festive table or a hearty snack on weekdays.

How to cook Hearty puff pastry roll with ham

Step 1

Place the dough on parchment paper and brush with mustard.

Step 2

Dice half the cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber. Place everything on top of the dough.

Step 3

Grate the remaining cheese. Sprinkle it over the roll filling.

Step 4

Roll the roll so that the filling is not visible. Brush the roll with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes.
