Place the dough on parchment paper and brush with mustard.
Dice half the cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber. Place everything on top of the dough.
Grate the remaining cheese. Sprinkle it over the roll filling.
Roll the roll so that the filling is not visible. Brush the roll with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes.
