Funchoza with chicken and vegetables
Funchoza with chicken and vegetables can be served in the evening for dinner or at any other time of the day if someone wants a hearty and tasty snack. Like many Asian dishes, this is prepared very quickly, in just half an hour. Funchoza itself does not require cooking at all: just put it in a large bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave for 4-5 minutes. Just do not overexpose the noodles, otherwise it will simply “spread”. Nevertheless, manipulations with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables are also elementary: cut and fry in a pan, adding in turn. In the end, it remains only to combine the contents of the wok with funchose and start tasting this wonderful dish
How to cook Funchoza with chicken and vegetables
Step 1

Pour funchose with boiling water, close the lid and leave for 5 minutes. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Heat up the wok, add olive oil to it.
Step 2

Place the chicken in the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into slices, chop the onion. Add to wok with chicken; cook, stirring, 7 minutes.
Step 3

Then add green beans and chopped tomatoes to the wok with chicken and vegetables. Mix, salt and pepper to taste. Add spices to taste.
Step 4

Put funchose in a wok with chicken and vegetables. Stir and keep on fire for another 2 minutes. Taste and, if necessary, add a little more salt and pepper.
Step 5

Arrange funchose with chicken and vegetables on portioned plates and serve. You can sprinkle with sesame seeds, previously fried in a dry frying pan, without fat.
