How to cook Fruit tartare with vanilla sauce

Rinse and dry all fruits and berries. Peel the apple, pear and melon from the skin and seeds. Cut all the ingredients into even, small cubes. Prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a knife, add them to the butter along with powdered sugar and mix well with a whisk. Put the tartar with a round mold in the center of the plate, decorate with berries, vanilla pod and warm sauce.
