Cranberry sorbet with chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Using a blender, puree cranberries, sugar, water and campari. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Filter the puree through a sieve, separating from the seeds.

Step 3

Add orange zest, salt, lemon juice.

Step 4

Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with chocolate chip cookies.

cranberry 1000 g
sugar 250 g
water 50 g
campari 3 tbsp. l.
lemon juice 2 tsp
change 1/8 h. l.
orange peel 1 pc.
