Chicken thighs with rice

Chicken and rice often become the basis for preparing all sorts of dishes. Chicken thighs with rice are an excellent hearty meat dish with a side dish. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare.
How to cook Chicken thighs with rice
Step 1
Salt and pepper the chicken thighs to taste, then heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown. Set the meat aside.
Step 2
In the same pan, fry the onion, garlic and sweet pepper. Add tomatoes in their own juice, rice, pour in the broth and mix well. Salt and pepper the dish, add dried basil.
Step 3
Place the cooked chicken in the rice, cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 20-25 minutes.
