How to cook Chicken baked with citrus and herbs
Step 1
Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, juice of 1 orange, spices, crushed garlic and sugar in a bowl. Then put the chicken in the marinade and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2
Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the cut lemon and orange halves, sprigs of thyme and rosemary.
Step 3
Bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
